Founder Publishing

Your podcast should be doing more for your business.

You already have the expertise. You already have the conversations. I help founders turn those conversations into a well-produced, well-packaged publishing system that builds authority, gets discovered, and keeps working long after an episode goes live.

From podcast production to titles, YouTube, SEO, newsletters, and distribution — choose how much of the publishing you want me to own.

The real problem

You're already having the conversations. They're just not becoming a business asset.

You record the episode. You show up and share the thinking that actually matters to your business — that part isn't the problem.

Then it goes out under-titled, unpackaged, barely discoverable, and you're back to wondering why a podcast that took real effort isn't bringing in the trust or the leads it should. The conversations are good. Production, packaging, and distribution are the part nobody taught you, and it's eating time you don't have.

  • Your episodes are strong, but the packaging around them isn't doing them justice
  • You're recording consistently, but production and publishing keep slipping
  • Your show isn't showing up in search, on YouTube, or in front of new people
  • You're stitching together an editor, a caption-writer, and a scheduling tool — and still doing the thinking yourself
  • You want a real publishing operation, not another freelancer to manage
What changes

Record once. Let it work as a real publishing channel.

Every episode gets the production, packaging, and distribution that turns a conversation into a business asset — without you becoming a full-time content creator.

  • No more wondering if the episode is even findable once it's live
  • No more stitching together separate freelancers for editing, titles, and posting
  • No more recording great conversations that quietly underperform
  • No more guessing what's actually working
  • Your podcast becomes the front door to your business, not a side project

  • You're still figuring out your niche, offer, or audience
  • You want to stay hands-on with every editorial decision
Who I Work With, and Why

I work with founders who aren't already living inside content creation.

There's no shortage of podcast producers built for online coaches and course creators — people whose actual job is already making content, all day, from their laptop. That market is well served.

The founders I take on are running something else entirely — client meetings, site visits, sales calls, actually building the product or the practice. Podcasting has to fit around a week that's already full, not become one more piece of content they're personally responsible for. That's the gap I choose to work in.

AI and SaaS founders and web design studios are the exception to the "away from a screen" picture, but the same logic still applies — they're building and running a product or delivering client work, not producing content for an audience.

I Work Best With
  • Architects & interior designers, luxury real estate professionals, custom builders
  • Luxury wedding & event planners and photographers
  • Law firms, wealth managers, and other boutique professional service firms
  • Functional medicine practices, plastic surgeons & aesthetic clinics
  • AI & SaaS founders, boutique web design studios
  • Executive consultants working with C-suite leadership
I Don't Work With
  • Online coaches and course creators — an already well-served market
  • Businesses where creating content is already the founder's full-time job
  • Anyone looking for a podcast to replace outreach, rather than support work that already exists
  • Solo creators without a team, client base, or practice already in motion
  • Founders already posting daily themselves who don't need another system built around them

My attention goes to founders whose calendar isn't already built around making content.

Why this works

The expertise is already there. The system around it usually isn't.

Your best material isn't a caption you rushed out because you felt guilty about not posting. It's the conversation you already recorded — the stories, the frameworks, the way you actually think through a problem for a client.

The job isn't to manufacture more of that. It's to produce it properly, package it so people can find it, and build the distribution and measurement most founder-led podcasts never get around to.

The difference

More than production. A system you can actually measure.

A lot of podcast help stops at editing. You get a clean file back and you're on your own for the rest — titles, thumbnails, publishing, whether anyone actually sees it.

Every tier of working together includes distribution and monthly reporting, because production without visibility into what's working isn't a system. It's just a nicer-sounding recording.

Before you apply

The questions running through your head right now.

"Can't I just hire a freelance editor?"
You can. That usually means you're still the one writing titles, picking thumbnails, deciding where it publishes, and hoping it gets found. An editor edits. This is the strategy and packaging around the editing too.
"Do I need the full Publishing Partner tier, or can I start smaller?"
Most founders start with Producer Partner or the VIP intensive and move up once they see what's actually working. You don't have to guess which tier — tell me where you are and I'll tell you honestly what you need.
"What if my show isn't polished yet?"
That's exactly what production and packaging fix. You don't need a polished show before we start — you need someone handling the parts that make it look and perform like one.
"What if I don't have a podcast at all yet?"
This is built for founders already recording, or ready to launch and record consistently. If you're earlier than that, start by listening to Founder Publishing first — it'll get you familiar with what podcasting for your business actually looks like before you apply.

FAQ

Common questions.

What's the difference between Founder Publishing Partner and Podcast Producer Partner?

Producer Partner covers production, packaging, and distribution for a show whose strategy is already set. Founder Publishing Partner adds the strategic layer on top — editorial direction, positioning, and ongoing optimization — so I'm thinking about the whole channel, not just each episode.

Do you handle video, or just audio?

Both. Whether your show is audio-only or includes video for YouTube, the production and packaging work the same way — built around whatever format your show actually uses.

Is social media included?

Yes, but strategically. The goal isn't pumping out as much content as possible — it's repurposing intentionally, choosing one or two social channels that actually suit your business rather than spreading thin across all of them.

Why do you work with these industries and not others?

There's no shortage of podcast producers built for solo creators — business coaches, health coaches, consultants, and similar. I could help that group too, but I chose to focus somewhere else: businesses where running a podcast to sell services isn't common practice yet. Architecture firms, law firms, custom builders, and wealth managers rarely use podcasting as a growth channel, which means the few who do stand out immediately against competitors who aren't doing it at all. Helping those firms stand out is genuinely where my attention wants to go.

What if I don't have a podcast yet?

This is built for founders already recording, or ready to launch and record consistently. If you're earlier than that, start with listening to Founder Publishing first, to get familiar with what podcasting for your business actually looks like.

How do I know which tier is right for me?

You don't need to figure that out alone. Apply and describe where your show is today — I'll tell you honestly which tier fits, even if that means starting smaller than you expected.

What's the commitment?

Founder Publishing Partner and Producer Partner are ongoing monthly engagements. Advisory runs in 3–6 month blocks. The VIP Intensive is one-time, no ongoing commitment required.

Can I move between tiers later?

Yes. Most clients start with Producer Partner or the VIP Intensive and move into the full Publishing Partner tier once they want the strategic layer added.

Not Ready for a Publishing Partner Yet?

Listen to Founder Publishing first.

Every episode reflects the same thinking, principles, and publishing philosophy I bring to client partnerships — episode strategy, titles, YouTube packaging, discoverability, and what's actually working across founder-led shows right now.

The easiest way to evaluate whether we're the right fit isn't a sales call. It's the podcast.
