I'm a podcast strategist and producer, and the founder of Founder Publishing. Founder Publishing helps founder-led and expert-led businesses turn podcasts into searchable publishing systems that build authority before the sales conversation.
Before Founder Publishing, I spent eight years doing remote production and content work for international clients — coaches, educators, health brands, artists, and founder-led businesses across the US and Europe. That work is where the editorial systems thinking behind Founder Publishing actually comes from.
I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can stay involved as a strategic partner, not just another production resource.

"She's responsive, easy to communicate with, and always open to feedback. Her editing is thoughtful, high quality, and she consistently delivers work we are happy to publish."
"I needed someone to turn my existing videos into social media content, and Tiana delivered exactly that. She's responsive, works quickly, and consistently produces high-quality work."
"She took the time to understand what I needed, communicated clearly throughout the project, and delivered exactly what we discussed. I'd happily work with her again."
This shapes everything I build. Podcasts are assets, not content. Long-form does more work than a feed ever will. The best material almost always already exists inside a business — the job is producing it properly, packaging it so people can find it, and building the distribution and measurement around it that most founder-led shows never get.
There's no shortage of podcast producers built for online coaches and course creators. I chose to focus somewhere else — businesses running something other than content as their day job.
The same thinking that goes into client work, written down — episode strategy, packaging, discoverability, and what's actually working across founder-led shows.
